Floor for office space - Baufloor® thin-layer screed
Building owner: office supplies manufacturer's premises, Pruszków, near Warsaw
Technology: Baufloor® PCC flooring screed, graphite, polished. Built on existing concrete foundation.
Building's use: office, conference room
Year built: 2013
First question to be asked - is it a whole new building or a redecoration? If the latter, Baufloor® is particularly proper, as it is only 8-15 mm thick. So you can remove old tiles or linoleum and pour Baufloor - modern, minimalistic and available in range of colours. May be finished glossy, matt or even anti-slip.
Now - if you build entirely new project - then the floor depicted on photos is proper as well, but there is also more economical solution, namely monolythic concrete flooring (consult our technical dept.).
Seamless - trait desired by some customers. When finishing Baufloor®, it is generally necessary to reconstruct foundation joints. In most cases dilatation is not dense enough to impair aestethics. We offer properly stained joint sealants.
Easy to keep clean - let's say you entertained a group of guests and it is snowy and drizzly outside. You call for a cleaning lady and she only needs a short vacuum cleaner round. Carpet would require much more attention and could develop permanent stains as well as damp and dust.

Polished Baufloor® is distinct from our polished concrete. While polished concrete is glossy and features visible grinded-through aggregate, Baufloor® is matt and heterogenously coloured.

Although industrial type flooring - it clearly decorates this conference room. In addition to regular trovelling, the floor has been polished. Check out similar project at coffee house.
