The grinded and polished terrazzo is available in various colours and two aggregate grades. The flooring type is gaining popularity again due to the great number of ex-industrial interiors under restoration. Our terrazzo is either Terrafloor® (with regularly sized aggregate), or Microterrafloor® (finer aggregate) branded and the screed poured constitutes a 10-30 mm thick layer. Old concrete foundation is typically used as a foundation, and the newly laid surface needs to be grinded and polished with our densifiers being applied.

The on the site mixed terrazzo features large distances between joints - typically 4 to 6 meters. As opposed to prefabricated terrazzo tiles, which tend to be only slightly larger than regular terracotta. In terms of aesthetics, we belive the on the site poured terrazzo is the winner.
Lobbies, foyers, reception halls, box offices, cinemas, exibition halls are where terrazzo holds especially true.
